SBS will simply attempt to make an introduction with one or more of the hundreds of contractors that work with SBS. SBS will not be involved in the management of your project, and will not guarantee nor get involved with the parties related to your project. Once the introduction attempt is made, you run with it.

We Make the Connection: We will introduce you to experienced landscaping contractors from our extensive network.
You Take the Lead: Once the introduction is made, you have full control. You will work directly with the contractor to negotiate terms, timelines, and pricing.
Independent Operations: To keep things simple, SBS stays out of the way once the connection is made. We do not manage projects, mediate disputes, or guarantee third-party work.
